Daily Fix Poll: Why do people think Obama is Muslim?
This story came out in the Washington Post 8/19/10, (can be found here), and after reading it I wondered just how old the reporter, (Felicia Sonmez), was. Or maybe she thinks that everything concerning this issue has faded from most Americans memory?
AHEM! This is one American who remembers everything and I am here to help those who may have forgotten...
Now I also remember hearing Obama say that there was nothing more beautiful than the "Morning/Evening call to prayer"
What about his Muslim upbringing?

What do you think is the reason for the increase in people incorrectly believing that Obama is Muslim?
o Misinformation in media reports
o Misinformation in other sources, such as forwarded email chains
o People channeling their political disagreement with Obama into their beliefs about his religion
Ever heard the phrase, "Action speak louder than words" Felicia? I could tell everyone I was a carpenter, but if all they ever saw me doing was fixing leaky pipes and replacing water heaters, I think they would have a hard time believing me.
