On Sept. 2, 2010, benYamin Netanyahu and Mahmoud abbas are sceduled to meet with Pres. Obama at the White House. I've noticed that these kinds of meetings are not for discussion, but for agreements that have already been made to be solemnized and finalized.
The agreement they've been working on is to create a Palestinian state in the land grant that YHWH made to Abraham, and to literally divide his land. The land is not Abraham's. He was made steward of that land. The land is YHWH's, not any man's.
That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.
(Isaiah 14:25)
When thou criest, let thy companies deliver thee; but the wind shall carry them all away; vanity shall take them : but he that putteth his trust in me shall possess the land, and shall inherit my holy mountain;
(Isaiah 57:13)
And I brought you into a plentiful country, to eat the fruit thereof and the goodness thereof; but when ye entered, ye defiled my land, and made mine heritage an abomination.
(Jeremiah 2:7)
And first I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double; because they have defiled my land, they have filled mine inheritance with the carcases of their detestable and abominable things.
(Jeremiah 16:18)
His land grant is like the king of England granting lands to feudal Lords - it can be rescinded - it is STILL the king's land. The Lord of the manner is a steward of the king's property. In the same way, Israel is the steward of the land God gave them. They do not have any permission to give any of it to anyone else - especially not Canaanites or Edomites
In fact, dividing his land is what's called a 'tribulation event'.
For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
(Zechariah 14:2)
So, Jerusalem will be divided, and the US government is forcing the issue. Here's what scripture has to say about that.
Woe to her that is filthy and polluted, to the oppressing city!
(Zephaniah 3:1)
That's Washington, D.C. So what will God do to the US for forcing the dividing of his land?
Who knows for sure? But possibly? Well, let's look at recent history for some clues.
1) In August of 2005, there was a minor tropical depression in the Atlantic that had all but died out to the status of just a mild wind storm. Then Israel, under pressuer of the US State Dept. and then-President Bush, abandoned the Gaza Strip to the palestinian authority. The NEXT day, that nearly dead and disorganized wind storm started to build into a Tropical Depression again, worked its way across the Atlantic, built intensity and crossed the southern end of the Florida peninsula and the Keys, entered the Gulf a cat.2 hurricane, turned north and built to a cat 5, before losing strength to cat 4 and hit the gulf coast - Hurricane Katrina.
2) on April 19th of this year, President Obama and his UN Ambassador announced from the Oval Office that the US would no longer unilaterally support Israel in the UN Security Council. The NEXT DAY, a little trouble developed in the gulf of Mexico off the coast of New Orleans - Deepwater Horizon exploded.
3) On Sept. 2, 2010, Abbas and Netanyahu, under pressure from the US State Dept. and President Obama ...? I think it will be the finalization of the Road Map plan begun under Bush, and the Oslo Accords entered into under pressure from the US State Dept. and President Clinton.
Here's what I fear may happen. When we force Israel to give away territory that doesn't belong to them, but that DOES belong to their God, who has said not to mess with his land:
Their heart cried unto the Lord, O wall of the daughter of Zion, let tears run down like a river day and night: give thyself no rest; let not the apple of thine eye cease.
(Lamentations 2:18)
For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.
(Zechariah 2:8)
Look at the attachment below and see what I fear. Look up the original online. The URL is there. That's the New Madrid fault and associated faultlines from the Gulf of Mexico to about the Springfield, Ill area and then northwest through the Great lakes and the St. Lawrence River to the Atlantic Ocean. All the epicenters marked in connection to these faults on this map are less than 20 years old and at LEAST 5.0 in magnitude. The Ottowa quake 6-8 weeks ago that was felt in buildings in Cincinatti hadn't happened when this map came to my attention, but it can be added to this map. A magnitude 8 or 8.5 earthquake could open it all up and create a new sub-continent. And the New Madrid quake of the early 1820s was a 9.0. In other words, it isn't unheard of.
If the US forces the division of God's land, is it possible that he will consider turn-about fair play?
Let me just say that were I he, I'd be thinking seriously about it.
All the technical info above is taken out of brain-damaged memory, and could be incorrect in specifics, but the general tenor is true.
God brings judgment on those nations that SAY they are his, but are only paying him lip-service. He starts with minor things, like the Mississippi flood of 1989 or 90, the earthquake in San Francisco in 89 (I was really looking forward to Game 1 of that World Series, too). Then he builds them ever stronger with the intent of getting us to turn from our own ways and back to his. THAT choice is yours. My job was to warn you all of a possible impending judgment. I hope in my heart of flesh that it doesn't happen. But I fear in my spirit that it will. Only time will tell.
