Pro-homosexual activists are taking to the streets in California
and elsewhere in protest of the passage of the California marriage
amendment and their other election losses.
Sadly, California Governor Schwarzenegger has helped encourage them,
saying that the vote was "unfortunate" and that disappointed
homosexuals should "never give up."
And with the activist California Supreme Court hearing the lawsuits
that have been filed against the marriage amendment's election
victory, we face a difficult battle if we hope to stop these radical
liberals from bypassing the clear will of the people.
+ + Liberty Counsel Files Motion To Intervene
As I shared with you a few days ago, Liberty Counsel attorneys
have filed a "Motion To Intervene" on behalf of Campaign for
California Families in defense of the marriage amendment.
The ACLU, LAMBDA and others will stop at nothing to push their radical
lifestyle on the rest of the Nation! If Liberty Counsel and other
pro-marriage groups do not take up this battle in court, the ACLU
and their cronies will assuredly win!
I must be ready to direct all the necessary legal resources to fight
this battle while we continue many other vital efforts defending
faith, family and our freedoms.
