Rick Warren, who says it is his goal in life to bring about a new reformation that will include Muslims, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming 8th Annual Muslim Public Affairs Council Convention to be held December 20th in Long Beach, California. The name of the event is New Era, New Role
Rick Warren hopes to help establish a 3-legged stool, which he believes will bring about global peace. The stool is the collaboration of government, economics (business), and religion. Many of Warren's ideas on reformation echo Peter Drucker and Robert Schuller. He has joined himself on many occasions also with New Age sympathizers such as Ken Blanchard and Leonard Sweet. In addition, he has been promoting the mystical contemplative prayer movement for nearly two decades.
Rick Warren, May 2005, Pew Forum on Religion
"Who's the man of peace in any village - or it might be a woman of peace - who has the most respect, they're open and they're influential? They don't have to be a Christian. In fact, they could be a Muslim, but they're open and they're influential and you work with them to attack the five giants. And that's going to bring the second Reformation."
"No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon." Jesus, Matthew 6:24
"It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the gospel of Jesus Christ! For this very reason peoples of other faiths have been afforded asylum, prosperity and freedom to worship here." Patrick Henry
