There is more to surviving that just having plenty of food and a good shelter and clothing. If your going to care for your lives in these ways, remember that there will be those that will become a "threat" to you, family, friends, and loved ones. Self-Defense IS Biblical!

A man is supposed to provide for his family or he is going against God's laws. That would include protection. If someone is coming in my house, at me or my kids...you can bet I expect my husband to defend us and if I'm alone, I will defend my babies!!! I will give my life for Christ, for standing for Him and His kingdom. But to stand and just let someone kill us?? Get real Israel-1. And study some more.
