Greetings Prayer Warriors...!

There is a close friend that has just received additional burdens. His son is in prison. His daughter, is now in jail. Soooo, he has the grandchildren. One in 1st. grade, and one in daycare...
He is trying to get custody of the children, to "keep things in the family"...
This is a real hardship on him, as his plate is already FULL !
He has had 2 brothers commit suicide, so, that spirit is prevalent in his family. There has been a few times that I KNOW he was deeply considering the same...

Please pray that the Lord will use him for a good outcome of the children, and, give him strength and endurance, wisdom, and monetary funds to be able to accomplish the task before him...

This man is a friend of mine...

Israel, my wife and I just now saw this request and he truely has our prayers and our hearts. And he has something else, We are in exactly the same situation that he is.

We are at the moment caring for our two grandchildren, (both boys), they are 2 and 4 y.o.. Both are in dayschool during the day but we have them the rest of the time and are in the process of adoption right now through C.P.S. here in our state.

Please feel free to give this man our email addy, [e-mail] as we would like to talk with him and help him through it. WE KNOW exactly what he is going through as we thought we were reading a page out of our own story as we read his. God obviously brought this here for us.
We also may be able to direct him to agencies that can help him in his state wherever he is.

(To the brother needing prayer: we will keep you in our prayers but we will also put action into our prayer to help you in what ever way we can. YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS as we have found out ourselves. There are many places you can go for help outside of our Father. He has provided them for us grandparents as He knows how tough this is at our age. Hang in there Bro, help is on the way. Please respond to our email and let us start working on this and know that God will never leave you nor forsake you my friend, Peace be unto you).

Bless you for your concern and prayers ! The way it stands at the moment is the children is, for the moment, back with the mom. She still has to go to trial sometime this summer. The outcome will be for the best....

I doubt my friend will respond, as, he is very stubborn and "self-sufficiently" minded. But, again, thanks for the prayers...
